RR Driving School LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected from students and parents is used solely for enrollment, scheduling, and communication purposes related to our services. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties, except when required by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or as mandated by law. All data is handled securely and responsibly.
RR Driving School LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, vehicle mechanical issues, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the class at the earliest possible convenience. Students will be notified promptly regarding any changes.
Classroom Courses Online/In-Person: All sales are final once the student is enrolled in the course. No refunds will be issued after enrollment. If a refund is requested before enrollment, a $25.00 processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Behind-the-Wheel Lessons: Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.
RR Driving School LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment for all students and staff. Students are expected to follow all instructor directions, maintain respectful behavior, and refrain from using inappropriate language, yelling, or engaging in disruptive conduct. Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of instructors, staff, or other students will not be tolerated. If a student fails to correct their behavior after a warning, they may be removed from the class without a refund.
